Avery Lawrance
Avery creates in ink, acrylic, pencil and watercolour works inspired by the world as we experience it each day - the natural, the artificial and the digital.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Avery Lawrance is a Canadian artist based in Stouffville who enjoys gardening and reading.
She has recently completed her BA at Atlantic Technological University Sligo's Fine Art program in Ireland.
Lawrance's practice is widely varied, she creates in ink, acrylic, pencil and watercolour. She is inspired by the natural and artificial worlds that surround us and the large volume of digital media we experience each day.
Recent exhibitions Lawrance has been involved in include the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair in 2022, the ATU Graduate Showcase in 2023, and the Annual Juried Exhibition at Latcham Gallery in 2024.
Her focus now is to keep learning and to find her groove as an artist.
Studio 15
For 2022 Avery will be showing her work at the indoor and outdoor studio/gallery of metal sculptor Daniella Boerhof along with fellow guest artists Jacquie Sullivan and Linda Szoldatits.
